雙合金溶膠機筒方面，從以往的合金含鶴10%提 升至含碳化鎢30%及50% ,可加工長度增加從 3000mm 提升至4000mm。

In the case of bimetallic barrel for melt, the carbon tungsten containing has been rasied from the previours 10% to 30% and 50% now, the processing length increased from 3000mm to 4000mm.

雙合金螺桿也從以往的PTA牙頂噴焊，更新i雖采用高壓 速（HP/HVOF ）全面合金披覆的熔射技術。WPT1耐腐 蝕型合金適用于尼龍PVC、PC、卩1^1\/1八等，丁2耐磨 耐高溫型合金適用于尼龍玻纖' 磁粉、鋁鎂粉、電木注塑等, WPT3兼有WPT1、WPT2兩種特性，耐磨耐腐蝕性耐高溫。

JWELL adopts new generation technology HP/HVOF totally bimetallic coating spraying instead of PTA ridge spraying welding. WPT1 anti-corrosion type application: nylon, PVC,PC,PMMA etc. WPT2 resistant wearing and high tempera ture application: nylon with glass fiber magnetic powder, Al Mg powder, Bakelite injection and etc. WPT3 has WPT1 and WPT2 advantages.
